Mouse anti-Vimentin (unconjugated), Clone V9, IgG1, Purified

Concentrated Antibody for Immunohistochemistry

SKU:
K034
Category
Quantity
0, 1 ml

Background

K034 recognises vimentin, a 57kD molecule that forms part of the cytoskeleton of non-epithelial cells. It is expressed by a range of cell types including smooth muscle cells from blood vessel walls, astrocytes and various cell lines. The antibody may be used to recognise tumours of mesenchymal origin such as sarcoma and lymphoma.

Clone V9 is reported as being suitable for use in Western blotting (6).
