Mouse anti-Human PSA (Prostatic Specific Antigen, Kallikrein-3) (unconjugated), Clone ER-PR8, IgG1, Ready-to-use
Ready-to-use Antibody for Immunohistochemistry
Background
Prostate specific antigen is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 33,000-34,000 daltons. PSA is present exclusively in prostate gland tissue and seminal fluid and is thus distinct from prostate specific acid phosphatase (PAP). It is detectable in normal, benign, hyperplastic as well as in cancerous prostate gland epithelium.
