pH value: 8,2 at 20°C
Ready-to-use buffer for alkaline phosphatase substrate requiring a pH of 8.2, e.g. Vector® Blue (Art. No. SK-5300) or other procedures requiring a Tris-HCl buffer with a pH of 8.2. When using Vector® Blue, 5 ml of Tris-HCl buffer is added and 2 drops each of reagent 1, 2 and 3 from the substrate kits are added successively. Shake after each working step! Bring the buffer to room temperature before use.
